We named our space ‘MITZDO,’ an enriched land.
Nature shapes our lives, homes, and ways of being.
Each place has its distinct nature.
Those who live in the land know the essence—
not through words, nor by being taught, but through the accumulation of landscapes and human activities.

A cat meows, the sea breeze blows,
The ship’s horn echoes, honey-colored glass trembles.
The scent of calm arrives, fish leap, granite mountains wink
The port town begins its life again today.
Many people have drifted ashore by ships since long ago. Setouchi, the seaside area, has played a role in exchanging cultures.
Even now, people, their skills and their philosophies are continuously moving here with the wind.
Just like Setouchi is,
surrender yourself to the flow of time and feel the present.
Then, you would remember what you felt and thought here when you look back at the memories here in the future.
猫が鳴く 潮風が吹く 光の粒が散らかる
船の汽笛がこだまする 蜜色ガラスが震える
凪のにおいが届く 魚が跳ねる
花崗岩の山肌が目配せする
港町が生活をはじめる 今日も
遠い昔から舶来の民や思想が流れ着き
文化を受け渡す 中継ぎ地点だった瀬戸内
今も変わらず人が 風が
かろやかに流れています
停滞することなく あるがまま
固執からはほど遠いこの海街のように
自らをひとときに委ねてみる
